Eating More Fats
One of the biggest hurdles in eating a clean Paleo diet is to eat enough healthy fats. Your body will be switching from using simple carbs to healthy fats for energy. This means in order to maintain stable energy levels, you will need to eat a decent serving of fat at each meal. This does not open you up to eating fatty meats and butters, but quality foods such as avocados, coconut products, nuts and oils (olives, etc).
