Some examples of cheap Paleo meals

While Paleo can be expensive, it’s also easy to make meals on the cheap. Here are a couple of meal ideas to get you inspired that are inexpensive, yet filling and delicious:

Breakfast – omelet made with eggs, frozen spinach, and mushrooms
Lunch – “naked” hamburger with goat cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes
Dinner – Pork chops breaded with almond flour, egg, and cooked in a little bit of olive oil
