Soy
Soy is in a lot of modern products. Everything from meat (cows are often fed soy products and sometimes meat is injected with it) to sauce and vegetarian products to many types of baby food contains soy these days. While it is toted as an excellent product that leads to a better lifestyle, it can actually be very dangerous to humans. There are a variety of reasons why soy is bad for you, including trypsin inhibitors, potential hypothyroid issues, and worst of all estrogen. Improper levels of estrogen lead to weight issues in men, disruption of periods and fertility in women, and large testosterone issues in babies.
