Avocados – The perfect paleo food
Avocados are a staple in many people’s diet, but they’re also the perfect paleo food to add to your diet. Not only do they offer an extensive variety of nutrients and health benefits, but also are high in non-saturated fat and are perfect by themselves as a snack or with a meal.
An average avocado contains 40% of your daily Vitamin K, 30% Folate, and 20% of vitamin C & E. In addition, they also contain potassium, lutein, magnesium, and Vitamin C.
Not only are they great for you, but they also make a great addition to a variety of meals. They’re perfect in salads, salsa, on sandwiches, and as guacamole. They’re even great all by themselves.
