Day 1
So I am back. I know you missed me 🙂 Its time to set serious about getting serious people. Yesterday was the super bowl and I ate like crap. I am very excited to do a good detox. I definitely do not feel good today and am excited about feeling well again. I am also back up to my high wait of 134 pounds.

eggs with spinach mixed in, bacon, cucumber, nuun, decaf tea

4 deviled eggs [2eggs] carrots
