– Eggs with onion
– Bacon
– Carrots
– Nuun
– Coffee
Lunch
– Left over pulled chicken soup and spinach
– Broccoli salad – Didnt love this so I didnt eat much so I was starving around 3:00
2nd Lunch 3:00
– Roasted chicken
– Mashed potatoes – so this is a whole 30 cheat
Dinner
– Eggs and bacon
– 3 cups of green beans
Snack
– celery with some almond butter
