Breakfast
– Eggs
– Bacon
– Green Beans
– Coffee
– Nuun Tablet
Lunch – Mad Greens
– Salad with chicken, cucumbers, tomatos, avacado, and balsamic dressing
– Probably not enough chicken or fat for me
Snack
– Paleo pancakes
– 4oz chicken
2nd Snack – super hungry today
– 1/2 apple
– almond butter
Workout
– 1:10 minute yoga class
Dinner
– 10 oz steak
– 3 cups of broccoli
– And I was still starving
– Had a handful of mixed nuts when I got home
I think my metabolism has sped up a bit – been very hungry past couple of days.
