Day 14: January 14th, 2013
Today we are getting serious!
Breakfast:
– 3 Eggs
– Bacon
– 1 whole cucumber
– Coffee
Lunch
– 4oz pork chop
– 16oz [2 cups] green beans
– 1/3 cup of coconut flakes
Snack
– Handful of mixed nuts
– Jerky
– 2 small mountain man chocolate covered coconut macaroons 🙂 Damn mountain man
Snack
– 3 hard boiled eggs
– Carrots
– Almond butter
Dinner
– Coleslaw with paleo coleslaw dressing
– Roasted chicken – a chicken from a local farm. So yummy
Late Snack
Apple and almond butter. Had to do it. My husband was eating some of that delish frozen custard from the other night so I needed something sweet 🙂
