Day 15: January 15th, 2013

Breakfast

– Egg scramble with sausage and green onions

– Cucumber

 

Lunch

– Had a lunch meeting at mulligans – so hungry

– Burger – no bun, just plain with some tomato

– Sweet potato fries

– side salad with some balsamic

 

Mid afternoon coffee from human bean

 

Snack

– 3 hard boiled eggs

– Carrots

– Didnt eat any fat – should have

 

Workout

– 1×5, 1×3, 1×2 press

– 4 rounds: 75 single unders, 10 box jumps, 5 push press

– 6min AMRAP: 15 lunges, 10 box jumps, 5 cleans

 

Dinner

– 60z chicken

– 3 cups coleslaw with paleo coleslaw dressing

– a little coconut / a little almond butter

– Snagged one slice of apple from miles plate
