Day 16: January 16th, 2013

So I almost had a really bad day yesterday. I went to Whole Foods last night to get my breakfast meat and they didnt have my black forest bacon out or my favorite sausage. Luckily I asked and they had some bacon stashed away – I got a good slab of it 🙂 I also had them make my awesome sausage. If you are near a Whole Foods and you have a couple minutes to wait, have them make the pork maple blueberry sausage for you. It is amazing.

Sausage

 

Breakfast

– 3 eggs, sausage, cucumber, coffee

 

Lunch

– 4oz chicken, 3 cups of coleslaw, 1 tbsp almond butter

Snack

– Apple, almond butter, turkey deli  meat

 

Dinner

– Large cornell chicken, coleslaw, green beans
