Day 18: January 18th, 2013
Today I am starting a coffee detox. I know, very random, start on a Friday in the middle of the month. Here is my rationale. Last time I did a whole 30 I gave up coffee and my acne went away completely. This time I did not give up coffee and I still am breaking out. SO I am going to see if this is my common denominator. I do know that coffee messes with your hormones which in turn can then make you break out sooooo we shall see.
Breakfast:
– eggs, sausage, cucumber, tea
Lunch:
– Turkey, Pork Chop, Carrots, Almond butter , a little nuts, a little coconut
Snack
– Pulled pork, sweet potato fries,
Dinner
– La luz steak and chicken salad with veggies and avacado
