Day 2: January 2nd, 2013

Breakfast: 

– Egg scramble: spinach, mushrooms

– 1 Blueberry Maple Sausage from whole foods

– Cucumber

– Coffee

 

Lunch 12:00

4oz turkey

carrots

1/2 avacado

1 la croix lemon sparkling water

 

Workout 

1 hour yoga class at 4:00

 

Dinner 6:00

– Pulled pork 6oz +

– 3 cups of coleslaw – with dressing = fat for the day

Felt good today, had high energy until around 4:00. No headaches or anything like that from detoxing.
