Day 2

So my goal for this 30 days is to eliminate sugar [fruit],  caffeine, and starches [sweet potato]. Yesterday I had a terrible headache in the morning, was super lethargic and kinda felt like I was getting a cold. Today I feel much better. I also want to minimize almond intake. I will have periodic mini cheats with our paleo product testing, but other than that we are gonna be good!

Breakfast

eggs with spinach, bacon, cucumber, nuun tablet

Lunch

Salad with chicken, turkey, tomato, avacado, balsamic

Dinner

Scallops, veggies, asparagus, coconut/pecans
