Day 21: January 21st, 2013
I definitely felt like crap this morning after that junk we ate last night. Which is good motivation for me to eat clean.
Breakfast:
Eggs, Ham, Green Beens, Cucumber, Nuun Tablet, Tea
Lunch:
– Burger, 1/2 avacado, green beens
Workout:
– 3×5 Bench Press
– 4×10 Bicep Curls
– 4×10 Tricep Dips
– 3 Rounds: 10 Push Press, 14 Box Jumps, 12 High Pulls, 12 kettle bell swings
Dinner
– Salmon
– Coleslaw
