Day 22: January 22nd, 2013

I have noticed that night cravings are the worst for me as well as eating out. Like right now I am going to a local restaurant called Luciles here in town that is amazing, but super southern food… i.e. not paleo. So I’ve been looking on the menu of what to get and let me tell you it’s not easy. No matter what I get it wont be perfect paleo so I am going to try and make a reasonably good decision.

 

Breakfast:

– Eggs, Ham, Green Beens, Nuun Tablet

 

Lunch at Luciles

– Modified Hanks Eggs – removal of cheese

 

Workout

– I ran 1 mile. It took me forever – 9:36 BUT I did it. And for those of you who know me, I despise running. Loath it from my being. But it was super nice outside and I felt like being outside instead of in a gym.

 

Dinner

– Cornell Chicken

– Coleslaw
