Day 23: January 23rd, 2013
Today I feel pretty good on everything. Not too tired. I didnt sleep too well last night, but woke up wide awake at 5:30 am so not sure what that is all about.
Breakfast:
– Eggs, Bacon, Green Beans, Tea
Snack:
– 2 hard boiled eggs, carrots, 1/2 avacado
Lunch
– Cornell chicken, green beans, coconut
Meeting
– chai tea with almond milk
Home
– Energy Crashing, ate some abbotts. I realize I definitely can be an emotional eater. Good news, its out of the house so no more of these episodes
Dinner:
– got home late from an event – 8:00pm so just had a late snack: turkey, coleslaw
