Day 24: January 24th, 2013
Breakfast:
– Eggs, green beans, bacon
Snack:
– Turkey, carrots, 1/2 avacado
Lunch:
– burger, 1/2 avacado, green beans
Workout:
– with the ladies [and matt] fight gone bad type of workout. 3 rounds 1:00 each station: wall balls, box jumps, high pulls, push press
Dinner:
– Went to La Luz, had a steak and chicken salad with veggies
– The stupid guy screwed up my order twice, but I was too irritated to deal with it
Had some tea at night
