Day 25: January 25th, 2013
Had a starbucks meeting this morning. Had a decaf coffee. Good way to start out the day
Breakfast:
– Eggs, Bacon, Cucumber
Lunch
– Chicken
– Carrots
– 1/2 avacado
Snack
– Turkey
– Almond butter
Workout
– 3×5 Deadlift
– 4×10 back extensions and elevated pushups
I did have a banana cupcake from buttercream cupcakery. My friend Tonya got it for me so I had to do it. 🙂
Dinner
– Burger with brussel sprouts
