Day 3: January 3rd, 2013
Breakfast:
– Eggs with spinach
– 2 Strips of Black Forest Whole Foods Bacon – yum
– Cucumber
– Coffee
– Nuun Tablet
Lunch: 12:00
– 4oz turkey
– 1/2 avacado
– Carrots
Snack: 3:00 ish
– Jerky
– Almonds
Dinner:
We do our weekly business meetings on Thursday evenings and we had a gift certificate to Chili’s so we went there.
– Plain burger with bacon
– Coleslaw
– It is sad not getting their yummy queso and chips 🙂 Or getting cheese on a burger. But I felt good that we stuck to the challenge even while eating out.
