Day 30: January 30th. Last Day
Today is the last day of the ‘challenge’ that I so failed on. I wont be charting again until Monday, February 4th. I figured since the 1st is my sister in laws birthday and we are going to abbotts that this day will be a fail and Sunday is the super bowl so that will also be a fail. Starting fresh on the 4th. Wish me luck!
Breakfast:
– Eggs, Ham, Cucumber, Nuun
Snack:
– Apple and almond butter
Lunch
– So we went to Boulder for a meeting. I got stuck at the mall while miles was in the meeting without my wallet. Luckily I had my starbucks app so I could get something there because I was so hungry. The funny thing, is that there is really nothing all that great you can get at starbucks. I had their ‘protein’ pack. 1 egg was the protein in there = 1 oz of protein. Ridiculous. See below.
