Breakfast:

– Eggs

– 2 Strips of bacon

– Cucumber

– 1 nuun tablet

 

1 small black coffee from the human bean – ** I did eat the chocolate covered coffee bean

 

Lunch: 1:30

– Burger

– 1/2 Avacado

– Home made paleo ketchup

– Cumin carrots

 

Workout

– 3×5 Hang Power Clean

– 2×15 hang sit ups

– Easy Day

 

Dinner

– Tuna steak

– Green Beans

 

Went to a movie and had a bunch of almonds – too many
