Day 9: January 9th, 2013

Breakfast:

– Eggs

– Sausage

– cucumber

– Nuun Tablet

– Coffee

 

Lunch

– Jimmy Johns Unwhich

– Bunch of meat and some mayo  – does have some fatty meats on it

Snack

– Jerky

– Celery

– Almond Butter

 

Dinner

– I first had an early dinner because I went to a golfing event last minute, they were having wine and pizza so I got some Panda Express – chicken and veggies. Not a great choice but better than pizza 🙂

– Dinner 2 I had some pulled chicken with coconut milk and spinach which was delish. Recipe coming soon.

 

Overall I ate too much today I felt like, but thats okay.
