Week 3 Review
I forgot to do a week 2 review, but here are my thoughts:
– I havent been as strict as I would like. I would say I am doing about 90/10 when I would like to be closer to 95 or 100%.
– I have noticed that I am sleeping better, feel a bit better.
– I went through another slight round of detox getting rid of the coffee
– My next 30 days starting in February.. I want to remove any sweet potato fries I have been eating, fruit, and keep out the coffee.
– We shall see how that goes. 10 more days to go of this 30 days.
