Ingredients:
- 12 oz. unsweetened coconut or almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 dried date, pitted
- 1/2 cup (handful) frozen blueberries
- 2 cups raw spinach leaves
- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes as needed.
