Pomegranate and Walnut Salad

Ingredients:
- 1 Bunch of torn kale
- 1 Bunch of spinach
- 1/2 Cup pomegranate seeds from 1/2 the fruit
- 1/4 Cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 Cup mandarin oranges
- Balsamic Vinegarette
Directions:
- Wash kale and spinach
- Crush Walnuts
- Add all ingredients to the greens
- Drizzle with balsamic
- Enjoy!
