  • 1 Cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 Cup almond flour
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 Cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 Teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1-2 Tablespoons butter or coconut oil
