Pumpkin Protein Shake

Ingredients:
- 2 cups unflavored almond milk (In the carton, can also use Vanilla flavored as well)
- 2 scoops whey/egg protein powder
- 1/3 cup canned pumpkin mix (compare to pumpkin pie mix and watch the sugar/carbs)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
- Toss all ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
