Pumpkin Protein Shake

  • 2 cups unflavored almond milk (In the carton, can also use Vanilla flavored as well)
  • 2 scoops whey/egg protein powder
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin mix (compare to pumpkin pie mix and watch the sugar/carbs)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
