Curry Chicken

Ingredients:
- 2 Chicken Breasts, cubed
- 1 Red Onion, sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced
- 1 Green Pepper, sliced
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- 1-2 Tbsp of Green Curry Paste
Directions:
- Add coconut milk and curry paste to a large saute pan.
- Saute for 2-3 minutes till the curry paste is mixed in well.
- Add veggies and chicken.
- Simmer till chicken is done.
