Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of cooked diced chicken
- 1 large tart apple, cored and diced
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup mayonaise
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons honey
- pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, apple, celery and walnuts.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, lime juice and honey.
- Stir and blend well.
- Season to taste with pepper.
- Toss with remaining ingredients.
