Coleslaw with Honey and Apples

Ingredients:
- 4 cups packaged coleslaw mix
- 1 unpeeled tart apple chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, apple, celery and green pepper.
- Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, honey and celery seed in a separate bowl and then combine.
