Hibiscus Iced Tea

Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- Hibiscus leaves
- Mint leaves
- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add 1/ 2 cup dried hibiscus leaves and 1/4 cup mint leaves.
- Cover pot and let steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain out hibiscus and mint leaves.
- Transfer to a pitcher and let cool.
