Tuesday AM: Row or Run Intervals. Sprint/Rest for 1:1 for a total of 15-20 minutes
Tuesday PM: Five Rounds for Time
- Deadlift 10 x 225
- Box Jumps 15
Wednesday AM: Push Press 6×3
Wednesday PM: AMRAP 12 Minutes
- Hanging Leg Raise x 12
- Sumo Deadlift/High Pull 12
Friday AM: Deadlift 6 x 3
Friday PM: 3 Rounds for Time, 15,12,9
- Squat Clean
- Dips
- 200 meter Run
Saturday AM: Snatch 5 x 3
Saturday PM: 4 rounds for time
- Kettlebell swing 20
- Pushups 15
- Pullups 15
- Double Unders 20
