- One Arm Clean and Push Press (2×10 @ 35lbs)
- Bottoms-up Clean (1 hand wing to clean with kettlebell pointed up) (2×5 @ 45lbs)
- Windmill (2×5 @ each hand 35lbs)
- Front Squat (3×10 @ 35lbsx2)
- Hand to hand swing (1×50 @ 35lbs)
Tuesday/Friday
- Hand to hand swing (1×30 @ 35lbs)
- Turkish Getup (2×5 @ 35lbs)
- Double Clean (2×10@ 35lbs)
- Alternating Press (2×10 @ 35lbs)
- Overhead Squat (3×10 @ 35lbs)
- Snatch (3×10 @ 35lbs)
- One Leg Deadlift (2×10 @ 35lbs)
- Farmers Hold (2×60 seconds @ 55lbs)
