Crossfit Workout In a Normal Gym

Sometimes when your traveling or visiting friends, it can be tough to find a crossfit affiliate or a gym with enough equipment to perform a solid workout.  Muscle & Fitness Feb 2012 had a great article on performing a Crossfit workout in a normal gym.

Perform 2-3 times per week.  Perform the exercises as a circuit by doing 7 reps of each exercise for 7 rounds.

  1. Renegade Row
  2. Push Press/Push Jerk
  3. Burpee
  4. Sumo Deadlift High Pull
  5. Overhead Ball Slam
