This will be a deload week to coincide with the affiliate cup. However, this does not mean it will be easy or not beneficial to all athletes, not just those doing the competition. Please do not add extra work to the programming. We start a new programming cycle next week and I promise you’ll get plenty of met cons to satisfy all your cravings. But for now, enjoy a little bit of recovery this week, you’ve earned it!

10 Minute AMRAP of:
10 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
10 Sit-Ups
10 Squats
