Spend 15 minutes working on clean & jerk technique.  Do not go heavy unless form allows.

*Touch and go at floor.  No re-grip, no dumping.  Rest as needed.  Report load.

Medicine ball clean wall balls
*You will be in front of the wall as in any other wall ball workout.  You will perform a medicine ball clean and then a wall ball immediately after.  These two movements should be blended as much as possible.  The ball must be at rest on the ground at the start of every rep.
