WOD
“Death by 10m”
*The first min-sprint 10m, the second min-sprint 20m, the thrid min-sprint 30m…you get the idea! We will be doing this in 2 heats so people aren’t running into each other. When you are not hitting the WOD, work on a movement you can get independent practice with such as kipping pull-ups, double unders, or pistols.
