It’s not often we get new merchandise in, so take advantage when we do.  We have 25 of these bad boys ready to walk around Cheyenne and turn some heads.

Detoxing on Paleo

When I first went through the Challenge, I had some major detox symptoms and that got me curious to find out what was going on.  I thought in the beginning, my body was telling me I shouldn’t be so strict with Paleo.  Then I read this article and found out that it was my body detoxing.  This helped me feel like I was “normal” and it was an expected occurrence.  Then, after a little bit, it was over and I started feeling awesome.  I mostly felt it hormonally.  I was happier, more awake, and craved HEALTHY food for a change.  I started eating less fruit, finding I would have to practically force feed it to myself.  I even found myself giddy when I had 2 veggies to throw in my lunchbox for work.
