45 Minutes to complete the following:
Row 3000m
Row may be broken up however you like but must be completed within the 45 minute time limit. When you are not rowing you must be mobilizing! You may also mobilize any way you would like.

This will be completed in heats of 5, if you are not actively rowing you need to be mobilizing! Your coach will have mobility options for you to perform.
