Mandatory Mobility
We will be performing todays WOD In heats. If you are not in the heat that is currently going you should be mobilizing your body to recover from a tough week of WODs and to prepare for today’s workout.

3 rounds for time of:
Row 500m
12 Deadlift, body weight
21 Box Jumps

For time:
Row 500m
40 Sit-Ups
30 Push-Ups
20 Pull-Ups
10 Burpees
