For time:
2 Clean & Jerk 185/135
4 Muscle-Ups
6 Burpee Box Jumps
8 Pistols (4l/4r)
10 Split Jumps
12 Toes-2-Bars
14 Handstand Push-Ups

In the first round you will do 2 C&J, in the second you’ll do 4 muscle-ups and 2 C&J, round 3 do 6 burpee BJ’s, 4 MU’s, and 2 C&J and so on until you complete the entire list.
