Breathing ladder, 1-to-10-to-1
Do 1x squat, take 1 breath
Do 2x squat, take 2 breaths
Do 3x squat, take 3 breaths, etc…
Go up to 10x squats then back down to 1x
Breathe as much as you want during the squats, be strict during rest
