Fast Food Convenience

Digging around the archives of the CrossFit Journal, I found a very simple and short read about the convenience of fast food.  This is a one page read, so…I expect everyone who is reading this, to click here to read the text!  It even has a bunch of colorful pictures.  If you have ever heard somebody say, “I would eat right, if I had the time to eat right” then this will be a good read.  :)
