This is a fundraising WOD for Kevin Ogar, an athlete and coach at CrossFit Unbroken in Denver. For those of you that don’t know Kevin suffered a catastrophic injury last weekend while competing at the OC Throwdown. After separating his T11 and T12 vertebrae and severing his spinal cord Kevin is now paralyzed from the waist down.

Kevin does not have health insurance and obviously the cost of his medical bills will be astronomical. The CF community has come together to raise money to help Kevin.

We would like to kick things off during open gym around 10 for those of you who would like to participate. We will modify and scale the workout as needed so all ability levels are encouraged to join! We won’t be taking any money at the gym but if you’d like to donate you may go to the link below.
