Ok ladies, here’s your challenge.  You do a muscle-up in front of a coach, you get this shirt!  Who’s gonna be the first one?

*Take advantage of this time.  Come in, work on a skill you’ve been wanting to polish up, hit a 1 rep max you’ve been dying to do, or make up a WOD from earlier this week. 

CrossFit Kids 10-3

*Remember we are off site today.  We’ll see you all downtown at the state museum for the 2013 Fire & Ice festival!
