1 Snatch @ 90% of 1RM
Then
Every 30 seconds for 3 and 1/2 minutes complete:
1 Snatch @ 70% of 1RM (alternate between power and full squat)

WOD
5 rounds for time of:
Run 200m
10 Burpees
30 Double-Unders

Rest 1 Minute

Basics
4 rounds for time of:
75 Single Unders
10 Box Jumps
10 Push Press
