*The goal here is to use the same weight for all sets, this is not a progression to find a 3-Rep max. We are going heavier than last week.
3 rounds for total working time of:
25 Wall Balls 20/14#
*Rest 1 minute after the first round, and rest 2 minutes after the second round. Since rest time is built in go all out each round!
Complete as many rounds in twelve minutes as possible of:
20 Wall balls
Skill: Practice sumo dead lift high pull
Death by Wall Balls (6-10#)
One wall ball the first minute, two the second minute, three the third minute, etc.
