4 sets of 3 Overhead Squat @ a heavy working weight

Run 400m
9 Deadlifts 155/105
6 Power Cleans
3 Shoulder-2-Overhead

The forecast for tomorrow is high 50s to low 60s so we’ll plan on spending some time outside enjoying the sunshine! So make sure you bring a little warmer clothes in case it’s not burning up out there.

Basics

10 Pull-Ups
