Low-bar Back Squat
*The purpose here is to build upon last week’s strength work.  Go heavier than last week and you should have a heavier set of weights for the sets of 3 than for the sets of 5.  Try to use the same amount of weight for all sets of 3 though, same as all sets of 5.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Wall climbs
15 pull-ups
25 Squats

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Walk-ups
10 pull-ups
15 Squats

Teens (MetCon)
Introduce sumo dead lift high pull
6:00 AMRAP
2 Pike push-ups
4 toes-to-bar
8 burpees
