1 Snatch Pull + Snatch + Overhead Suqat @ 70-75%

4 rounds each for time of:
8 Pull-Ups
12 Burpees
30 Double Unders

Rest 1:1

4 rounds of:
10 Knees-2-Elbows
10 Burpees
50 Single Unders
